Shipping Charges

INDIA

• We offer free shipping on all orders across the country. 

OUTSIDE INDIA

• For orders above USD 1000 shipping is free around the globe including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Fiji, Singapore, Malaysia etc. (with some exceptions). 
• For purchases, below USD 1000 flat shipping charges of INR 7500 would be added ((with some exceptions).
• Further, all international orders may be subject to import/custom duties or local taxes, which are levied by the importing country you are in and as the recipient, you are liable to clear the payment of these to release your order from customs on arrival. We advise checking with your local custom authorities to find correct information on import duties from India.

It should be noted that in situations if the client fails to take the delivery of the goods, we may at its discretion charge the client for additional shipping cost.

Delivery Timeline

Domestic Orders (India & International):

• Estimated delivery timeline (For Lehengas): Around 8 to 12 weeks from the date of dispatch, depending on customization requirements. 

• Estimated delivery timeline (For other garments): Around 4 weeks from the date of dispatch, depending on customization requirements.

Delivery Policy

• Items will be dispatched to the address provided by you during the website's ordering process. You must thoroughly review the accuracy of the provided address before finalizing your order to prevent any potential issues with delivery. We prefer to deliver items to our customers' offices or residential addresses. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we discourage using P.O. boxes or any other destination where the recipient's identity might be uncertain in your delivery address. This precaution is taken due to the potential risks associated with the value of the goods.
• In cases where service interruptions or failures arise due to events beyond the control of our website, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Such events include disruptions within the transportation system, complications with customs clearance, shipping carrier delays, or delays originating from the cardholder's credit card bank.

Timeframe

• The delivery time for each order varies based on its unique characteristics. Items tailored to your measurements usually minimum timeline for delivery is 1 week and maximum timeline will be 8 weeks. Our payment gateway is hosted on Razorpay. 
• However, we are open to urgent orders on a case to case basis and the timeline can be discussed with us at our mail id enquiry@pallavipoddar.com.
• We strive to deliver the garment within the stipulated time. However, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated throughout the process. The contract, in no manner can be repudiated if we fails to deliver any one or more products in the given time frame

Shipping Providers

• For efficient service and faster shipping, we partner with different shipping providers. This method ensures more comprehensive coverage, especially in countries where a single provider might have a limited network. Within 48 hours of dispatching your order from our warehouse, you will receive an email to your provided email address detailing the selected service provider and tracking information of your ordered items.
