Yes, customization is possible in terms of colours, sleeve,
silhouette and other minor adjustments. For any customization request, we

For sizes, 'XXL' and above (bust size 42.0 inch and above), we charge a 10% to
20% additional charge on the retail product price depending on the

Price of the order remains unchanged for any product ordered
exactly as per the image as displayed on our Site. In case of customisation,
price may or may not vary. Such decision is taken by the merchandising team on
a case to case basis depending on the changes demanded by the client.
CAN I REQUEST FOR A CHANGE IN COLOR OF THE PRODUCT?
Yes, we can change the colour of the product. However, the
final decision on such request remains with the designing team. The team, is
open to take requests of clients on suggested colour changes and may go ahead
with the same keeping the brand aesthetics in mind.
HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
We refer to our standard size chart as displayed on the
product page. However, we encourage you to send your measurements after placing
an order to have the product made specifically to your size. In case of any
questions regarding the size chart, feel free to contact us.
Further, in case you are ordering virtually with us, we fix
up online appointments, where a designer from our team will we measure the
client virtually. In such virtual calls our designing team also helps you to
understand that what silhouette would look best on your body type and may
recommend customisation/changes accordingly.
HOW DO I MAKE THE PAYMENT?
Payments can be made through Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards. We also accept bank transfers and

WHAT IF I WANT ANY CHANGES/CANCELLATION OF AN EXISTINGORDER?
As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the orders

The shipping charge for all shipping within India is free
and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international

HOW MUCH TIME IS TAKEN FOR SHIPPING ONE THE GARMENT ISREADY?
As per our past experience, generally it is seen that in metro cities
within India time taken for delivery is three to four working days and for
non-metro cities such timeline is around seven working days. For International
orders, delivery generally is completed within five to ten working days.
However, request you to note that we ship the garment through a reliable
courier company, and in case of any delay on their side we take the effort to
communicate and expedite the delivery to you. However, we are not responsible
nor can commit on the timeline which such courier companies may end up taking.
ARE THE COLORS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?
All our products are handcrafted and especially chosen for
you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our
Site, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting
conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product.
However, there may variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or
embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual

If you order multiple products with different dispatch

HOW DO I GET MY PRODUCT ALTERED?
We generally keep a 4" (4 inch) margin for all our
custom made products. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration
is quite minimal.
Minimum alteration post purchase in viable within three
months post purchase. However, post such time line if you wish to alter the
garment, the same would attract charges and the management may or may or may
not accept such alteration request.
